The Directorate of Rapeseed-Mustard Research Bharatpur was conferred by Mahindra Samriddhi India Agri Awards 2015 in the category Mahindra Samriddhi Krishi Sansthan Samman-2015 . Dr. Dhiraj Singh, Director DRMR received a cash prize of Rs 2.11 lakh, a shield and citation from Shri Radha Mohan Singh, Union Minister of Agriculture, Govt of India in a glittering ceremony held on the 24th February at Hotel Ashok New Delhi. The institute was recognized for development and dissemination of technologies of Rapeseed-Mustard in the county. The institute was also recognized for providing quality seed to the farmers which resulted in significant increase in rapeseed-mustard production and rural prosperity in India.

Rajbhasha Sansthan, New Delhi awarded DRMR with Karyalya Deep and Karyalaya Darpan for outstansing work in Hindi and Annual Hindi Magazine Sidhharth Sarson Sandesh, respactively. These awards were provided during 74th Diamond Jubilee Celebrations held on 24 - 26 April, 2013 at Solan, Himachal Pradesh. Dr. Vinod Kumar, Sr. Scientist, Shri JL Sharma, AAO and Shri US Rana, CTO of DRMR participated in this workshop & received the awards. An article written by Dr. Vinod Kumar, was also awarded with 3rd Prize

Directorate of Rapeseed Mustard Research received the Second Prize in Rajarshi Tandon Award- 2012-13 for the best official language Implementation among the ICAR Institutes in the A and B Region. The award recognizes outstanding contribution in promoting the use of official language in office communications and other related activities.

भाकृअनुप-सरसों अनुसंधान निदेशालय भरतपुर को भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद के 83 वें स्थापना दिवस पर निदेशालय को ए और बी क्षेत्र के संस्थानों की श्रेणी में हिंदी में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने के लिए वर्ष 2010 का राजर्षि टंडन राजभाषा पुरस्कार का द्वितीय पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। यह पुरस्कार निदेशालय के निदेशक डॉ. जे एस चौहान राज्य के माननीय मंत्रियों डॉ चरण दास महंत और श्री हरीश रावत से प्राप्त किया। इस अवसर पर भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद के महानिदेशक डॉ एस अयप्पन और अन्य सम्माननीय व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे|

राष्ट्रीय सरसों अनुसंधान केंद्र को गणेश शंकर विद्यार्थी हिन्दी पत्रिका पुरस्कार योजना (2006-07) के अंतर्गत ‘क’ एवं ‘ख’ क्षेत्र के संस्थानों/केंद्रों के वर्ग में केन्द्र द्वारा प्रकाशित राजभाषा पत्रिका को तृतीय पुरस्कार (संयुक्त पुरस्कार) प्राप्त हुआ । यह पुरस्कार भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद के वार्षिक हिंदी पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह में 12 दिसंबर, 2007 को दिया गया । केंद्र के निदेशक डा. अरविंद कुमार द्वारा यह पुरस्कार ग्रहण किया गया । इस अवसर पर केंद्र के डॉ अवधेश कुमार शुक्ला प्रभारी राजभाषा एवं सहायक प्रशासनिक अधिकारी श्री जवाहर लाल शर्मा उपस्थित थे ।
