The Institute Research Council under the Chairmanship of Director, DRMR, coordinates the entire research agenda of the directorate. The key functions of Institute Research Committee (IRC) are to critically review the on-going and completed research projects, to consider the new research proposals and to advise on fostering of linkages between the groups/divisions of the directorate in respect of multidisciplinary/multi-locational projects.
